The space

The main floor offers room for everyone with a breakfast nook, dining room, open kitchen, office, front room, and a spacious family room with a fireplace. All the bedrooms are on the upper level with a master bed/bath and a second bathroom accessible from the hallway.
The house offers the following setup for sleeping:
Master bedroom with King-Bed and ensuite Bathroom. Bedroom 1 with a Queen-Bed. Bedroom 2 with a Bunk-Bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. For additional sleeping we offer a comfortable queen-size air mattress that can be placed in the bunk room if not using the bunk beds and a foldable single floor mattress and a twin rollaway bed to be placed wherever needed. We also have a day bed in the office on the main floor that makes up to a single or king bed.
The large double garage is available for our guests, so you can have peace of mind during those few Colorado hail storms.
This House is just one exit (10 min) away from the Air Force Academy.

Guest access

You have access to the whole house except for the basement.
